To keep our gymnasts and staff members safe—parents, guardians and athletes should be familiar with the following rules:

Please ensure that your children do not arrive at the gym more than 15 minutes prior to their class.

MEMBER PICK UP:

Please be respectful of our staff and ensure that your children are picked up no later than 10 minutes following their class. We do not offer a babysitting service following classes. Late pickups may be subject to a $20 late fee for each occasion. Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of their child/children in the waiting areas. Any damages to the gym may be charged to the individual’s account and must be paid prior to any further registration. All students are to wait inside the building for their ride to arrive. Due to the gym being in a high traffic area, no student should be outside of the building without the supervision of a parent/guardian.

GYM ACCESS:

Only members who are insured and enrolled in the program are permitted on the gym floor and/or equipment. Athletes are required to wait for their coach to call them to their class before entering the floor area or practicing on the equipment.

INJURIES:

Athletes are required to report  any injuries to their coach and  always let them know if they are feeling sick or get hurt. We ask that parents/guardians inform the gym of any medical or physical problems that have occurred outside the gym that may affect the individuals’ ability to do gymnastics.
